Excellent Services and Friendly Staff

I stayed at the resort for five nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the piano bar. They remembered our drinks and brought them before we ordered. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. we got plenty of water. I found the staff very willing to help.

The gym was basic, and another guest mentioned that he was paying to use the one across the road. The pools weren't heated despite the sign on-site. I also contacted customer service, but it took a while to resolve the issue.

The food selection was varied with new dishes daily. A salad buffet was always available, with fresh options. There was more than enough variety to choose from, including options for different dietary needs. The team kept the food fresh!

The room was very clean. Gabr checked in often to see if I needed anything. I found him very polite and helpful. The food and drinks were lovely. The hotel surroundings were good. The beach area was great. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I found the level of service excellent, I really enjoyed my stay. I can't recommend it enough!

The key card to my room had issues. I had to go to reception multiple times to get it sorted! It continued to happen , quite frustrating. I was inconvenienced by this.

i found the reception staff, especially mr aymen, accommodating. i arrived early, but he provided my room at 12:00. i had booked a garden view room, but i received a pool view room. the room cleaner kept the room super clean, and the animation team, especially mohamed, was kind. on my last day, aymen arranged a room for a shower at 18:00 before my evening flight.

The spa area looked somewhat worn. It could use a revamp.
